  • Vendtra, the trade fair for the vending and coffee industry in Germany, will take place on September 23–24, 2025 at Olympiapark Munich.

Vendtra 2025 introduces three key innovations: the move to the large Olympiahalle providing additional space for the industry, cooperation with BDV, and a diverse conference programme.

In less than two months, Vendtra – trade fair for the vending and coffee industry in Germany – will once again open its doors, this time at the Große Olympiahalle on the Olympiapark. The move offers more space for exhibitors, products, innovations, and exchange within the industry. Visitors can expect a unique atmosphere and an international exhibition – tailored to the core business of participants from Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and also from Northern and Eastern Europe.

“The industry needs new answers to today’s changing economic environment. Alongside indoor solutions, outdoor concepts continue to be game-changers – as well as new snack and cold beverage offerings with attractive margins. Vendtra presents a wide range of professional solutions for daily operations and new sales channels. Vendtra is more than a trade show – it’s the annual meeting point for all industry players. Reconnect once a year, exchange ideas easily, and discover something new – that’s the special charm,” says Eric M.C. Schwaab, organiser of Vendtra.

    Diverse Conference Programme

For the first time, the trade show will be complemented by a comprehensive conference programme. In cooperation with the Federal Association of the German Vending Association (BDV), Vendtra 2025 will offer expert insights into current developments, legal frameworks, new business models, and international market trends. In addition, further speakers will address relevant topics and explore market potential.

    Networking Events: An Industry Tradition

As in previous years, the trade fair will be accompanied by two networking events, offering opportunities to connect beyond the trade show floor while staying true to the event’s roots:

    • On 23 September, the Industry Evening at the Augustiner Stammhaus offers a relaxed setting for networking, reconnecting with colleagues and making new contacts. All industry participants are warmly invited.
    • On 25 September, the exclusive VIP Wiesn Day at the Paulaner Festzelt on the Oktoberfest provides a unique and informal close to the week. A limited number of VIP tickets are distributed by exhibitors to their valued clients.

    Top exhibitors

In 2025, leading national and international companies from the vending and coffee industry will once again be on site. From established manufacturers to innovative startups, visitors will find products, solutions, and technologies for today’s and tomorrow’s business needs.

    Short, Focused, Free of Charge

Two days of trade fair at Olympiahalle Munich, industry networking on the first evening, just one overnight stay needed, no admission fee. For those who can’t make it to Munich, the digital event ‘Vendtra Twins’ will run in parallel – an ideal way to stay informed and involved.
