The European Vending & Coffee Service Association (EVA) is delighted to announce that E-Coffee Solutions (ECS), a holding company of the Lavazza Group, has officially joined as a Full Member.

Founded in 2023 and fully owned by the Lavazza Group, ECS brings together the Lavazza Professional entities and MaxiCoffee Group, both leading players in the OCS (Office Coffee Service) and vending markets across France, Germany, and the UK. In addition to its strong footprint in the professional coffee sector, MaxiCoffee also drives growth through its successful e-commerce channel, providing a complementary business leg. ECS also holds a minority financial participation in IVS Group, one of Europe’s largest vending operators.

As a leading player in the European vending market through its subsidiaries specialized in workplace OCS/Vending solutions, as well as innovative approaches in the To Go and Micromarket emerging businesses, ECS aims to make a significant contribution to the EVA, with a solid presence and understanding of the industry.

As part of the Association, ECS expects to:

1. Gain visibility of industry dynamics and the relevant legislative/regulatory context through EVA information flows and recurring forums.
2. Receive support in addressing transformation activities related to technological, legislative, or market changes as an industry, rather than as individual players.
3. Participate in technical and operational forums that contribute to the healthy growth and development of the vending industry.
