The EVA was represented at Trieste Coffee Experts 2025 by its President, Paolo Ghidotti, who took part in the high-level discussions shaping the future of the European coffee sector.
During the event, Mr Ghidotti participated in the panel “Il costo del futuro”, alongside representatives of the European Coffee Federation and the Italian coffee industry. The debate focused on the structural challenges facing the sector, including rising production costs, sustainability requirements, innovation, and the need for stronger cooperation across the entire value chain.
Trieste Coffee Experts has established itself as a key platform for strategic dialogue between institutions, industry leaders, and associations. EVA’s presence once again underlined the important role of vending and out-of-home coffee services in the broader European coffee ecosystem, as well as the association’s commitment to contributing constructively to discussions on competitiveness, innovation, and long-term sustainability.
